how to help

Westside Rescue provides spay and neuter services, preventative vaccinations and supplemental food to the companion animals of Fresno's homeless. YOU MUST BE HOMELESS TO RECEIVE ASSISTANCE FROM WESTSIDE. If you are homed, please visit our Resources page for programs that can be of help.

You can find us downtown at least twice a month, though we go as often as resources allow. In order to receive continuous help from Westside, we require our clients to allow us in assisting them with having their pets spayed/neutered. Also, until clients are established, we ask them to bring their dogs with them on Friday evenings to ensure supplies are given to those in need. All animals must be on a leash or in a carrier.

Our projected dates for the summer are as follows:

Friday, July 13th @ 6:30pm
Friday, July 27th @ 6:30pm
Friday, August 10th @ 6:30pm
Friday, August 24th @ 6:30pm
